Hi Peter, who are you?
My name is Peter Cucarano, 46 years young :) I have been working for almost 20 years in the consulting and recruitment industry. When I do not work, I spend all my time on my family, a wife and 4 kids, friends and like all kinds of sports but prefer football.
What does MPYA Finance do? And where does the name come from?
Mpya Finance is a modern and innovative recruitment and consulting company in economics. Mpya Finance was started in 2016 by people with broad knowledge from different companies and customer assignments. There is hardly any large Swedish company we have not worked with.The idea of Mpya Finance is simple. Our goal is to create an arena where brilliant people want to work, develop and socialize. We think that a friendly and trusting culture will make this happen. We take care of each other, we see each other and we work for the team. One for all, all for one. Add words like passion and innovation, so we have a reason that allows individuals, colleagues and customers to grow and develop. When we do not work, we spend our time on our families, being in nature, exercising, dancing, discovering the world. We humans feel the best when there is a balance between work and leisure.
Our mission is to develop and deepen our cooperation with our customers and work each day to be the most attractive employer and recruiter in our industry. What is your role in the organization?
As we are a relatively new company, I spend the most time selling and interviewing candidates within finance. I am also a member of the Board and is Vice President of Mpya Finance.

Everyone who works with us likes to be committed and value the balance between work and leisure. What is the best thing about Benify?
There are many benefits with Benify but since much of what we offer in Benify is tailor made for us, it's hard to say what's best.
Which is your favorite benefit?
My favorite is all offers of discounts available in the Benify portal. An example, an electronics company had about 60% off its products over a period which was very beneficial.
What is the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is to meet so many exciting and interesting personalities and help them in their development. What's also incredibly fun is to meet so many different companies and hear about their trip and where they are heading.
